Pima cotton is a premium type of cotton known for its incredible softness and quality. Often referred to as the “cashmere of cotton” for its luxurious feel, it's perfect for a baby's delicate skin. Pima cotton is naturally hypoallergenic and breathable, which means it’s gentle (less likely to cause irritation) and helps keep your little one comfortable by regulating their temperature. Plus, it’s very durable – the long fibers produce a stronger fabric, so these clothes can be washed over and over without losing their softness or shape. We choose Pima cotton because we want your baby to have the very best quality, comfort, and gentle care from day one.

Absolutely. Your baby’s safety is our top priority. All of our clothes are made from 100% Pima cotton, which is a natural fiber and baby-safe material. We do not use harsh chemicals or irritants in our production process – our fabric is processed with gentle, non-toxic dyes and without harmful finishes. Pima cotton is also naturally hypoallergenic, meaning it’s unlikely to cause any irritation or allergic reactions; it’s a great choice even for newborns with very sensitive skin or eczema. Additionally, we design our products with safety in mind: no itchy tags (many items have printed labels or easily removable tags), no small loose buttons or embellishments that could pose a choking hazard, and strong stitching to prevent any seams from unraveling. Our products meet all relevant baby clothing safety standards, so you can dress your little one in HushHug with confidence and peace of mind.

Within the USA: We process orders quickly (usually within 1–2 business days) because we know you’re eager to receive your items. We offer standard domestic shipping, which typically takes about 3–5 business days for delivery once shipped. We’ll provide a tracking number for your package so you can follow its journey. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your order faster. (And often, we have free standard shipping for orders over a certain amount – check our website for any current free shipping offers!)

International Shipping: Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to addresses outside US. We are working hard to expand our market presence, and will keep you updated once we are able to ship to outside US

We want you to love everything you purchase from HushHug. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any unused and unwashed item in its original condition (with tags attached) within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply reach out to our customer support, and we’ll guide you through the process – we’ll provide a return shipping label and can either issue you a refund or help you find the right size/style as an exchange. Our goal is to make sure you and your baby are completely happy with your HushHug products. (Please note: the only exceptions are items marked final sale or personalized items, if applicable, which we cannot usually return or exchange. But if there’s any issue with your order or a product defect, we will of course make it right.)
